Neil became a member of our Board of Directors in 2021, and he is excited to assist in guiding Bend Biomedical toward carrying out its mission of helping neglected populations around the world.
 
Neil’s full name is Neil Armstrong Dial being named after the astronaut because Neil was born at 1:17 p.m. in Seattle on July 20, 1969, which is the exact minute that the Lunar Module Eagle landed on the moon. The fact that Neil’s birth corresponded with such a momentous event in history has been featured on local and national news. Neil even had the opportunity to spend time with the astronaut Neil Armstrong when Neil was 38 years old.

Professionally, Neil is a licensed attorney with a vast amount of litigation and other legal experience. He started his legal career in Seattle at Foster Pepper PLLC after earning his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1999 from the University of Washington School of Law. Neil subsequently joined Eisenhower Carlson PLLC in Tacoma, Washington, where he continues to practice and where he has served as the Litigation Group Leader since joining the firm in 2014.

Neil focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation, and Neil has handled numerous individual and class-action matters in both state and federal court, at all levels of litigation and on a variety of legal topics, including consumer protection and lender liability claims, contract disputes, trade secret protection, intellectual property disputes, employment claims and insurance coverage issues. Neil also works on various other matters involving real estate and business transactions. Throughout his career, Neil has been active in the local legal community. His pro bono service has been recognized by Seattle University School of Law.

Neil enjoys spending time with his family, video editing, cooking, and traveling. Neil is also fluent in Italian.
