Ravinder Abraham joined Bend Biomedical as an Advisor in 2024. He is a dedicated pharmacist with a robust background in clinical pharmacy, medication therapy management (MTM), antimicrobial stewardship, and research. His passion for the intersection of technology and medicine drives his special interest in cancer proteomics and genomics, where he aims to make significant contributions to patient care and treatment innovations.
Currently, Ravinder is a part-time bioinformatics researcher at Rowan University, a role he began in January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a full-time clinical pharmacist for the County Government of Uasin Gishu in Kenya from January 2021 to December 2023. His diverse experience includes internships at Universal Corporation Limited and Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, where he honed his skills in drug design, quality control, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance.
Ravinder’s educational journey culminated in earning a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, specializing in pharmacodynamics and clinical study design. His rigorous training and practical experience have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape and the critical role pharmacists play in healthcare delivery.
