Amanda Swick

Outreach Coordinator & Secretary

Amanda Swick brings her passion for global health and personal experiences as a mother to her role as the Volunteer Outreach Coordinator at Bend Biomedical. Since joining the team in 2020, Amanda has been dedicated to making a difference in the lives of underserved populations worldwide.

As a mother who has cared for a child with special health needs, Amanda deeply appreciates the privilege of living in a country with quality and accessible healthcare. Recognizing that not everyone has the same access, she is committed to helping individuals and families obtain the care they need to improve their lives.

Amanda is thrilled to be part of an organization that focuses on providing underserved populations with access to preventive and curative medicines. She believes that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, should have the opportunity to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Outside of her work at Bend Biomedical, Amanda is happily married to Jason Swick, who serves as the minister at the Prineville Church of Christ. Together, they are the proud parents of four active boys. Nestled in the heart of Central Oregon, you can often find them exploring the great outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and actively contributing to their local community.

Amanda Swick’s unwavering dedication and personal experiences make her an invaluable asset to the Bend Biomedical team. With her drive to create positive change in global health, she is actively working to ensure that healthcare is accessible to all.
