With over 30 years in the packaging industry, Ward Smith is currently the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Keystone Folding Box Company. His is the lead innovator behind ecoslide-RX™, the revolutionary, eco-friendly, child-resistant compliance package used nationally at Walmart pharmacies.

Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Smith worked as a Compliance Packaging Specialist and Clinical Trial Specialist at MeadWestvaco Corporation. He also served as Executive Director at the Atlanta Institute of Medicine & Research. Ward earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida State University and belongs to the Drug Information Association, the Midwest Clinical Supply Group and the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering.

Keystone Folding Box Company designs and manufacturers blister packaging that promotes patient compliance in both clinical trials and marketed Rx products. One of Keystone’s most well established products is the protocol-tested and approved Key-Pak™ F-1, a child-resistant, senior-friendly blister card. A traditional fold-over blister card, Key-Pak is suitable for packaging solid oral dose products in both commercial RX and clinical trials.
